Building in house capacity for GIS/Remote Sensing usage and natural resource management by developing and teaching exercise material
e.g. Involvement in EU initiative through the Asia-Link Programme of the International Institute for Geo-information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), Enschede, The Netherlands. Involvement included the co-development of GIS exercises for the ITC educational package “GIS for poverty mapping and poverty alleviation”. The exercises were made for four higher education institutions in Europe and Asia .
